Any portion of the beverage and food minimum revenue not generated during the event will be due to TRACE, which will be charged and billed at the conclusion of the event. Large parties of six people and up will have 18% gratuity applied. Maximum number of split checks for TRACE Restaurant and the Bar and Living Room is six. Menus are seasonal and are subject to change from month to month.
